Industry unification and representation of HOA’s interests
- Grow a national register of all HOAs and Bodies Corporate
- Drive professionalism and standards in estate living through the national 'Rights and Responsibilities Charter'

Provide subscribed Membership Services
- Access to a standard process for conducting audits and surveys within the residential community
- Provide training to both new trustees elected onto Homeowners Associations and Body Corporates as well as existing members
- Provide access to critical national and international data and industry related information and activities via regular publications and the website
- Provide a comprehensive set of tools and templates for implementation in all residential estates as well as best practice documents
- Provide member access to the website where a total suite of interesting data, publications, tips, resources and national news is available to trustees, estate managers and residents
- Encourage participation in numerous regional networking forums (Chapters) for benchmarking and determining best practice and the annual networking conference
Project Management Services
- Transitioning from Developer to HOA. Assisting developers and future HOAs in effective transitioning which will ensure massive cost savings, better relationships and quicker transfer times for mutual benefit
- Project management, consulting and quality assurance. Of great added value is the fact that the ARC expertise encapsulates years of experience in consulting to developers, project engineers and estate managers on the day-to-day management of residential estates. To this end we will provide added services including; consultation on best practice security models, landscaping, communications, public relations and a variety of other fields, taking the burden out of estate management issues
- Conduct comprehensive audits on issues of governance, security, environment and communications related to best practice and inductry standards
- Development and maintenance of own residential community newsletter, publication and/or website
- Training, coaching and capacitating of volunteers and managers
